Zhen Ge, finished her study for B.Eng of Industrial Design in China in 2014. After that, she undertook a two-year masters program at the University of Edinburgh and obtained her MFA in Product Design (Distinction) in 2016.
Interested in human computer interaction and design with data, she joined the Digital Living Group at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in the University of Dundee in April 2017. Under the supervision of Wendy Moncur, Elise van den Hoven, and Siân Lindley, her PhD research focuses on how digital technology redefines the relationship between person, objects, community and space. She explores the potential for novel use of personal data around significant life transitions.
